Grab and Go Meal Update - 4/14/2020
Our Grab and Go Meal Service resumed this week and is offered on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 13 locations. Families will receive meals for Monday and Tuesday every Monday and meals for Wednesday through Friday every Wednesday.
As a reminder, in accordance with state guidelines, parents ARE now allowed to pick up meals without students present. However, parents may be asked for their students’ ID numbers at the meal service distribution sites. To ensure a smooth process and shorter wait times, please take the time beforehand to write down the lunch/ID number of your children on a paper that you bring to the meal distribution site. When it’s your turn in line, show the student ID numbers to the Food Service workers to receive your meals.
Thank you for your cooperation as we work hard to ensure we have enough meals to serve GGUSD students.
Please see attached flyer for more details on this program available to all children age 18 and under and any developmentally disabled person under 21 years of age who is enrolled in an institution or Regional Center Program. While the focus of these meals is students who receive free/reduced lunch, all GGUSD students may participate. If your family feels that your situation has changed and you qualify for free/reduced lunch, please pick up an application from the location where you receive the meal or visit us at http://gardengrove.healtheliving.net/what-we-do/meal-applications/ to submit the online application.
Recordatorio Sobre el Servicio de Distribución de Comidas para Recoger y Llevar
Nuestro Servicio de Distribución de Comidas para Recoger y Llevar se reanudó esta semana y se ofrece los días lunes y miércoles de 11:00 a.m. a 1:00 p.m., en 13 sitios. Las familias recibirán las comidas correspondientes a los lunes y martes cada lunes y las comidas correspondientes de miércoles a viernes cada miércoles.
Como recordatorio, de acuerdo con las normas estatales, los padres de familia ahora PUEDEN recoger las comidas sin que los alumnos estén presentes. Sin embargo, puede que se les solicite a los padres de familia los números de identificación (ID) de sus hijos en los sitios de servicio de distribución de comidas. Para asegurar que el proceso sea fácil y el tiempo de espera sea más corto, por favor tómese el tiempo para anotar con anticipación el número de identificación (ID) para el almuerzo de sus hijos en una hoja de papel para que lo lleve al sitio de distribución de comidas. Cuando sea su turno en la fila, muéstrele a los trabajadores del Servicio de Distribución de Comidas los números de ID de sus hijos para recibir sus comidas.

Lưu ý Phụ Huynh Về Chương Trình Lấy Thức Ăn Mang Đi (Grab and Go Meal Service)
Tuần này, Chương Trình Đến Lấy Thức Ăn Mang Đi sẽ hoạt động trở lại vào các ngày thứ hai và thứ tư từ 11 giờ đến 1 giờ trưa tại 13 địa điểm. Vào ngày thứ hai, các gia đình sẽ nhận phần ăn cho ngày thứ hai và cả ngày thứ ba; và vào ngày thứ tư sẽ nhận phần ăn cho thứ tư đến thứ sáu.
Lưu ý cùng quý vị về quy định của tiểu bang, hiện nay phụ huynh ĐƯỢC đến lấy thức ăn mà không cần đi cùng với con em học sinh. Tuy nhiên, chúng tôi có thể hỏi danh số học sinh (student ID) của con quý vị khi đến lấy thức ăn tại các địa điểm. Nhằm giúp cho việc phát thức ăn được thuận lợi và không phải chờ đợi lâu, quý vị vui lòng viết trước số ID/ăn trưa của con em trên giấy để trình tại nơi phát thức ăn. Khi đến phiên của mình, quý vị hãy cho nhân viên Ẩm Thực xem số ID của con em học sinh để nhận thức ăn.
