Notice of Public Hearing - Availability and Certification of 2018-19 Textbooks and Instructional Materials

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 18th day of September, 2018, the Board of Education of the Garden Grove Unified School District will hold a public hearing, pursuant to Education Code Sections 60119, as amended, 60605 and 33126 to certify that for fiscal year 2018-2019 each pupil in the district has sufficient textbooks and instructional materials that are aligned to content standards adopted pursuant to EC Sections 60605 and 33126 in each subject as appropriate, and that they are consistent with the content and cycles of the curriculum framework adopted by the state board.
The public hearing will be held at the Education Center, 10331 Stanford Avenue, Garden Grove, California, at 7:00 p.m.
